Meet Hannah

My name is Hannah Repton and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with a special interest in supporting people to heal their relationship with food and their bodies.

My approach is non-diet, weight-neutral, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed. This means I support you in building a healthier and more peaceful relationship with food and your body while improving health. I aim to provide a safe, respectful space where you feel understood and supported.

My focus is on meeting you where you are at, supporting your goals, and creating a safe space where food and body concerns can be explored with care and respect.

I will be working primarily with people 16+. However, I am open to working with younger clients, considered on a case-by-case basis. I am based in East Fremantle and offer face to face and Telehealth appointments.

Values

  • Inclusivity is at the heart of my work because every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued when seeking support. Food, body image, and health are deeply personal, and no two journeys look the same. I welcome and celebrate people of all body shapes and sizes, abilities, genders, sexualities, cultural backgrounds, life experiences and neurotypes. Everyone deserves safe, respectful care, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen and accepted exactly as you are and help you nourish yourself in a way that is unique to you.

  • Compassion is the foundation of how I work. Many people come to see me feeling vulnerable or overwhelmed, and I believe the most healing happens when they feel understood and supported without judgement. I aim to create a space where clients can feel safe enough to explore challenges, build trust in themselves, and take steps toward recovery at their own pace. Through this I also support people to build compassion for themselves and challenge self-criticism.

  • Collaboration is key to meaningful and sustainable change. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to work alongside you by listening to your experiences, respecting your choices, and building strategies together that feel realistic and supportive. I also value working closely with other health professionals in your team, and support networks, so that care feels connected and no one is left navigating recovery alone.

  • I see learning as an ongoing part of being both a clinician and a human. I am committed to staying up to date with the latest research so I can offer the best evidence-based care possible. I also acknowledge my own privileges and limitations, and I know I won’t always get everything right. By staying curious, listening deeply, and striving to do better, I aim to keep learning and growing so that I can provide care that truly honours and supports the people I work with.

  • My goal is to help people reconnect with their strengths and feel confident making choices that support their wellbeing. Empowerment means creating space for clients to shift focus away from their body and towards the things that bring meaning and joy to their lives, whether that’s relationships, work, passions, or personal goals. I want each person to feel supported in building trust in themselves, so they can live in alignment with their values rather than being held back by food or body concerns.
