Have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)
Are wondering if they have an eating disorder and would like to know more
Are Autistic or ADHD and would like support with learning how to eat in a way that is best for them
Have sensory difficulties with foods and would like to expand the foods they can eat
Are just starting ADHD medication and would like support with their eating

Your first session is a gentle and supportive space to talk through your health, nutrition history, your relationship with food and body, and what matters most to you. We’ll take the time to understand your goals and challenges, and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic, sustainable and at your pace.
The initial assessment fee includes:
A thorough, personalised assessment so I can understand your journey so far
Treatment planning
Communication with your health team (with your consent) including medicare letter writing
Clinical note taking
This session is the starting point for building support that fits into your life and helps you begin nourishing yourself in a way that is best for you.

$240 (1 hour face to face time, 30 minutes administrative tasks)Medicare rebate of $61.80 if applicable plan is in place.

Review sessions are a to support you as you progress through treatment and are a chance to check in, reflect on challenges, and gently adjust your plan as life changes. These appointments provide ongoing guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you stay supported and on track.
The fee includes:
Continued nutrition counselling and support
Adjustments to your care plan as needed
Communication with your health team (with your consent)
Additional resources where helpful
These sessions are designed to give you steady support, build confidence, and help you keep moving forward at your own pace.
Review Appointment Fees:$205 (50 minute consultation + 10 minutes administrative time)

Brief appointments are for quick check-ins when you need a little extra support. Your clinician will recommend the length of review appointment that is best suited to your situation.
Brief Appointment Fees:
$130 (25 minutes face-to-face, 5 minutes administrative tasks)
Medicare Rebates & Private Health.
Eating Disorder Plan (EDP)
Your GP may be able to create an Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) for you, which makes it easier to access the support you need. With an EDP, you can receive Medicare rebates for up to 20 sessions with a dietitian and 40 sessions with a psychologist each year.
To get started, you’ll need to see your GP for an assessment. If you’re eligible, they’ll prepare the plan and give you a referral letter. Please bring this with you to your first appointment so we can help you claim your rebate.
If you have a valid EDP, you will receive a rebate of $61.80 per attended session.
GPCCMP
Your GP may create a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). With this plan, you can receive Medicare rebates on up to 5 sessions per year.
To get started, you’ll need to see your GP for an assessment. If you’re eligible, they’ll prepare the plan and give you a referral letter. Please bring this with you to your first appointment so we can help you claim your rebate.
If you have a valid GPCCMP, you will receive a rebate of $61.80 per attended session.
Private Health Insurance
Private health insurance rebates vary between providers. It is best to check with your provider to see if you are covered for dietetics and the rebates they will provide for you.
